What can be done to reduce nausea and vomiting

Eat often in small amounts, avoid fatty and spicy foods. Try to eat simple meals every 2 hours, so you never get hungry. The last little meal should be before the bedtime at night so that you don’t get sick when you wake up in the morning. Chew the food slowly and well. Liquid consumption between meals is really important. Lemonade will reduce your nausea. Stay away from alcoholic and caffeinated beverages. Avoid odors, if possible do not cook meals that you don’t like to smell.

If you lie down after dinner, you get high. Stay away from strong odors, heat and noise that will provoke nausea and vomiting. Get out and get some fresh air. Correct fluid loss, vitamin B supplementation and electrolyte balance. Ginger has a positive effect, you can try. The effectiveness of electrical stimulated wristbands and acupuncture is questionable.
